Account Executive - Sales

Is this you?

We are seeking a highly motivated, phone-first Account Executive with proven success in a high-volume, transactional sales environment selling SaaS to residential real estate agents across North America. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive cold calling experience, thrives on live conversations, and knows how to create urgency, handle objections, and close deals efficiently—often in a one-call close sales motion.

As an Account Executive at Real Geeks, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities quickly, presenting the value of our platform with confidence, and converting leads into paying customers. You should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, working with inbound interest, controlling the sales conversation, and driving prospects toward a clear buying decision.

This is a performance-driven role for a closer who is energized by activity, accountability, and results. The right candidate will have a strong sales mentality, excellent phone presence, sharp objection-handling skills, and a track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, highly transactional sales environment.
