Account Executive ANZ

Imagine standing at the top of the Empire State Building, taking in the breathtaking view. From the online booking to the seamless entry, every part of your ticketing experience was designed and supported by Ventrata. An industry-leading SaaS platform that helps attractions, tours, and sightseeing activities to create memorable experiences.

Backed by a passionate team, headquartered in London and with offices in Brno, Lisbon, and remote teams worldwide, we’re expanding rapidly across multiple markets and verticals. Our mission is to empower ambitious attractions and tour operators to scale their businesses, streamline operations, and unlock new growth opportunities while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Be a part of something extraordinary, where your ideas and contributions truly matter. Let’s shape the future of travel together.

About the role

Ventrata is excited to announce that we're looking for a skilled Sales Manager based in Australia, with a passion for tours, activities, and attractions, to drive new business growth across Asia-Pacific (APAC), with an initial focus on Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

This is our very first sales role in the ANZ region. You won’t be stepping into an established territory with a ready-made pipeline – you’ll be the one building it. As the face of Ventrata in ANZ, you’ll open doors, build on our existing client relationships, expand our market presence, and help lay the foundations for future growth.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy taking full ownership – shaping the region as if it were your own business, spotting opportunities and acting on them, and taking pride in being responsible and accountable for the results you achieve.

And this is just the beginning. As our business in ANZ grows, so will the opportunities. If you’re ambitious and looking to grow – in your career, your impact and what you build – this is a place where you can do exactly that.

The role is remote and will be based in Australia. For consideration, you should be based within the region to work during standard local business hours (AEST/NZST). Additionally, you will be traveling for prospective customer visits, client meetings, or regional trade shows and conferences.

Key Information

Location: Remote Australia

Duration: Full-time

Must-have: A proven track record in a revenue-generating sales role within the ticketing, travel-tech, or SaaS industry. Direct experience working with (or for) major Attractions, Tours, Sightseeing operators, or Leisure/Resort properties is essential. You should speak the language of our clients fluently and understand their unique technical and operational pain points.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of your assigned territory across Australia and New Zealand, driving new business acquisition, building a strong pipeline, and delivering against revenue targets. Work closely with leadership to shape regional priorities and growth opportunities.
• Prospecting & Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities, networking, industry events, and strategic account targeting. Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop opportunities within medium-sized and enterprise accounts.
• End-to-End Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and product demonstrations through commercial negotiations, contract execution, and closing. Understand customer needs, build compelling business cases, and effectively communicate Ventrata's value proposition.
• Market Development & Competitive Intelligence: Develop a strong understanding of the ANZ market, including customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Identify opportunities to strengthen Ventrata's regional presence and provide actionable feedback to leadership and Product.

Ensure seamless handovers to Customer Success, sharing commercial commitments, customer expectations, and relevant context to support successful onboarding and long-term relationships.
• Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage opportunities proactively, and provide reliable revenue forecasts. Monitor pipeline health, identify risks early, and maintain sufficient pipeline coverage to consistently deliver against sales targets.

Requirements
