At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you commercially minded, great at building relationships, and excited by helping businesses grow? Do you enjoy combining account development, data, and a hands-on approach to make a real impact? If so, we’d love to chat!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing strong partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.
You might come from account management, trade marketing, business development, sales, hospitality, restaurant operations, or another commercially focused role where you’ve worked closely with customers or partners and had an impact on business performance. You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional Account Management background. Perhaps you’ve managed a restaurant or worked in hospitality, where you were responsible for operations, commercial results, customer experience, or revenue growth. Or maybe you’ve already managed a portfolio of clients or partners, identifying opportunities, upselling, and helping them grow their business. What matters most is that you bring strong ownership, commercial thinking, relationship-building skills, and curiosity.
You’ll own and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized local restaurant partners in Almaty, working closely with independent venues and growing local businesses. You’ll play an important role in understanding the local restaurant scene, identifying growth opportunities, and helping our partners get more value from Wolt.
If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going! Please make sure to submit your application in English.
