Account Based Marketing Manager

Flower is Flexible Power. We are a next-gen energy company leveraging AI and machine learning to make renewable energy stable and always available – even when the sun isn't shining and the wind isn't blowing.

Through smart optimization and trading of energy assets like wind and solar farms, battery systems, and EV chargers, we make renewable energy reliable and predictable, leading the charge towards the energy system of tomorrow.

Tech company at heart. Purpose-driven at core. Flower consists of a diverse group of innovative individuals with a strong desire to improve the state of the world.

At Flower, we believe trust, collaboration and diversity are essential to not only create an inclusive work environment, but also drive career growth. By embracing varying perspectives, we allow creativity and progress to flourish.

To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and commercially minded ABM Manager to build and own our account-based marketing approach, helping us focus on the right target accounts, strengthen engagement with key decision-makers, and convert that focus into pipeline growth in close collaboration with Origination.

We’re looking for a commercially minded ABM Manager to help accelerate our pipeline growth.

This is a new role at Flower and you’ll be the first person to build it. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and origination (sales) and own how we focus marketing on the accounts that matter most to our growth. You’ll turn our ideal customer profiles into clear priorities and actionable plans, and you’ll play a crucial part in shaping how we drive account engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.

Why this role matters right now: we’re scaling fast, and we have a big opportunity to become more proactive and systematic in how we engage strategic accounts. You’ll help build the ABM engine that turns focus into momentum, and momentum into pipeline.

• Build and own how we prioritize target accounts together with Origination, develop tiering/scoring logic and keep it relevant as our focus evolves

• Turn priorities into clear engagement plans: who we need to reach, what we need to say, and how we create momentum across accounts

• Develop and execute account-based campaigns and plays that support origination priorities, mixing personalized outreach with scalable programs

• Run regular account & pipeline reviews with Origination to translate signals and learnings into concrete next actions

• Strengthen our CRM and go-to-market hygiene: improve structure, workflows and data quality (and help us evolve our tooling over time)

• Create visibility into what’s working by tracking account engagement and pipeline contribution, and sharing insights across teams

• Partner closely with Content & Design to turn thought leadership, customer cases, and events into account-relevant assets

• Support experimentation across channels to continuously improve how we generate and progress opportunities

• Commercially minded, you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing and sales

• Excited to be the first person in a role and build the foundations from scratch

• Hands-on and pragmatic: you move fast with an 80/20 mindset, then iterate

• Comfortable in a scaling environment where not everything is defined yet

• Data-confident: you can turn numbers and signals into decisions and actions

• A strong communicator who creates alignment and momentum across teams

• Experience from complex B2B industries with longer sales cycles (e.g. energy, infrastructure, industrial, technology)

• Experience across different CRM/marketing automation tools—and curiosity for martech

• Built ABM/demand gen programs that went from account lists to measurable pipeline impact
