How we hire

1. Resume review by our recruiter and the hiring manager. A person reads your resume; AMA never uses AI to screen candidates.
2. One-way video interview (Spark Hire): Five (5) questions, about 15-20 minutes, unlimited think time. We promise it isn't scary. We wrote the questions carefully because we want your answers to be just as thoughtful. Our recruiter is the face you’ll see asking the questions. No robots here.
3. 30-minute phone interview with a member of the People and Culture team.
4. Virtual interview with the hiring manager.

We won’t leave you hanging. You will always hear from us within a week about the status of your application and status.

Please note that only applicants who apply officially will be considered in this process. We appreciate the candidates who apply and express interest, but we cannot circumvent the recruitment process for any candidates, regardless of their relationship to the AMA or our team members.
