- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, code review, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation
- Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tooling, to support coding, testing, debugging, and workflow efficiency, while ensuring quality, correctness, and sound technical judgment
- Contribute to improving product quality, performance, scalability, and reliability with guidance from your team
- Review and iterate on solutions, identifying issues, debugging problems, and refining implementations
- Collaborate with engineers and multi-functional partners through stand-ups, code reviews, build discussions, and team meetings
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development environment, communicating clearly and constructively
- Learn from your team, seek feedback, and contribute to a positive and inclusive engineering culture
- Additional responsibilities as needed based on specific role or team
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027

- Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and coding principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle - designing, building, deploying, and maintaining applications
- Exposure to or interest in modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, and an understanding of how to use them responsibly
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reason through technical challenges
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and take initiative in solving problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and incorporate feedback
