You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical discipline or have equivalent certifications or experience. You can write, test, and debug code in one or more software development languages You have a general knowledge of design and development tools, version control, and the software development lifecycle You have exposure to and are curious about how AI and AI-assisted development tools are reshaping modern software engineering, and ready to build fluency in them You bring learning agility, critical thinking, and sound judgment — you ask why before jumping to how You have a focus on continuous learning, a growth mindset, and accountability for your work You collaborate well with others and keep the customer in mind You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
