How are the roles chosen?
From job postings of the last 90 days: we group titles into roles and compare the skills their ads ask for with yours. A role shows when you have at least a fifth of its core skills.
What does “less exposed than now” mean?
The role's AI exposure band, estimated from O*NET task lists, is lower than your current role's. It is an estimate of how much of the work is information processing, not a guarantee about any job.
Are the training links paid placements?
No. We list government services, public colleges and free courses, in that order. If we ever add a paid partner, its link is labelled “Partner — JobRipe may earn a fee” and payment never changes the order.
Where does the funding information come from?
Only from official government programme pages (for example Canada Training Credit, Better Jobs Ontario, WIOA in the US, Skills Bootcamps in England, PMKVY in India). Always check eligibility on the programme's own site.
